Cream Cheese Surprise

As I was making a batch of Lollicakes and about to put the half-used block of Cream Cheese in the refrigerator, I thought of a fabulous idea!!  What if you could find a surprise for your taste buds that would be so heavenly?!?    I flattened the cake ball and put a pea-sized dollop of Cream Cheese in the middle. Then I enclosed it in the cake and VIOLA!!

It WORKED!!  A great surprise in deed!!

Chocolate Marshmallows

Who would have guessed that Chocolate covered Marshmallows would taste SO mMmmMMM GOOD!!  Not to mention I mixed some creamy Peanut Butter into the chocolate...

...my mind is so curious as to what else I can cover in chocolate goodness!!
